Image Use Policy for works by Cormac Russell

In making my artwork accessible to the net I need to make a few statements about the images. I've put a lot of effort into these images and I would hate to see them appear under somebody elses name, or be used by somebody else to make money without compensating me. Thus the following easy policies apply:

Personal Viewing

You can keep copies of these images for your own viewing pleasure, I just request that you keep a copy of this file with the images so that if you give copies to anybody else they will know the image use requirements.

Non-Commercial Art

You can use my image in any way in art that you are creating for yourself. You must properly source my image, providing a pointer to my work with any image you create incorporating one of my images.

Any For Profit Use

If you are going to be making money off of my art, either by direct use, or if you are creating something incorporating one of my images, you must contact me and get permission. I retain copyright on my images and I would be really saddened if somebody tried to make money off of them without fairly compensating me.
